Design

The design stage is the first stage of the manufacturing process in which the design is re-calibrated to the sizing specified by the client.

Design

Wax

The Wax stage is the second stage in which the re-calibrated design image is printed via the most advanced 3D wax printers in the world. This gives a perfect wax piece which will in turn give a perfectly casted piece.

Wax

Casting

The Casting process is the third stage in which the printed 3D wax is dipped in an investment solution which then dries. The Metal being used, Gold, Platinum, etc is then poured into the taking the place of the wax design and at the same time melting and burning the wax out to leave us with a perfectly raw piece of metal in the form of the original wax.

Polishing

The Polishing + Finishing process is the fifth and final stage in which the raw casted piece, after stones are set if any, is then carefully polished by hand making sure to maintain the integrity of the design and pattern.

Once polished the piece is then cleaned thoroughly then checked by 10x magnifying glass for any imperfections before being given a final polish and cleaning.
